Ahhhhh, coffee. Where would we be without you? (Probably asleep on our laptops.) Let's just face facts: We love coffee and could not live with out it. That being said, not all coffee is equal. Even more than that, not all cities are equal when it comes to getting a good cup of joe.
Sure, Starbucks are everywhere; some of you are probably reading this at a Starbucks right now, sucking back a no-foam PSL (no judging...you do you). But even with the proliferation of big chain coffee stores across the U.S., some cities just know coffee more than others. And the folks at Rent.com have come up with a list of the ten U.S. cities that have the best independent coffeehouses. And though you can probably guess at what some of the top towns for java are, you may be surprised at who made the list!
The hometown of MC Hammer is also number four on our coffee list. So if you are ever at one of O-town's coffeehouses and Hammer tries to eat your croissant, just look at him and say, "U Can't Touch This."
